Burton Plumbing & Heating technician Jason Palmer was marvelous. He was so kind about my tight access to my bathtub water controls. He took time to review photos my downstairs neighbor sent me of damage in her condo bathroom. Jason diagnosed the problem quickly and immediately ordered the parts. Unfortunately, Burton’s is so busy the repair won’t be done for 6 days. But Jason turned off the water to my bathtub and tested it is off.
