Highly recommend without reservation! I heard about this company from my neighbor. We listed our house to sell, and the same day the listing went live, our sump pump malfunctioned 😫. My neighbor told me about Burton’s. I called just after 6 p.m. and left a voicemail about my situation. James called back within 5 minutes, got my info, and was at my house in 20–25 minutes. James was very personable and got straight to work, told me the costs upfront, and that ended up being the actual price, so it wasn’t a bait. We were low on cash because we had just paid painters. James was very helpful and patient as we tried to figure out how to pay for the service. Additionally, we needed someone to get the water out of our carpet, and James gave us a recommendation for a guy that came and took care of it the next morning. James is the gift that kept on giving, grateful for Burton’s service.
