Sunday morning cleaning turned problematic when the head of the toilet wand disconnected from the wand. When efforts to remove it on our own proved unsuccessful, we gave Burton’s a call. James was friendly, professional, and attentive as he came out to our home within the hour. All issues were resolved in about 30 minutes and the single toilet in our home was fixed! Happy to have the remainder of our Sunday be a stress-free one! There was an emergency service fee being that it was Sunday morning, but the price was still reasonable all things considered.

Wish We Called Burton Plumbing to Start With!
Thought we’d try our hand at what we perceived to be a minor repair, wished we called Burton Plumbing to start with! As a result of our repair, which we initially thought was a success, we ended up with a leak from the second-floor toilet. Not only did we end up needing to hire a plumber to fix the initial problem, but now we need to repair the first-floor ceiling drywall damage, and repaint the ceiling. Jason, our repairman, was super nice and personable, and instead of making us feel like idiots for trying, nicely pointed out why it’s best to go to the experts for these types of repairs. Hopefully my husband will heed this advice next time! Lol
