This was my first time using Burton's Plumbing & Heating. I was able to schedule an appointment for the same week I called, they arrived when they said they would, and the cost was exactly what I was quoted. Jason was great, answered all of my questions, quick efficient installation of a new garbage disposal. Very pleased. I would definitely use Burton's again. My second experience with Burton's Plumbing and Heating was just as positive as my first. Scheduled a same day appointment. Tyler was very professional and informative. Quickly fixed my immediate problem and provided quotes for future work. Once again Burton’s came through for me the same day I called them. Turned my boiler on for the first time this season and there was no response from the system. Contacted the office, they confirmed an appointment for this coming Thursday but said they would see what they could do to get someone out sooner. Less than an hour later I heard from Bobbi saying James, their boiler tech, would be at my place in 45 minutes. Happy to say boiler is up and running and I have heat! Thank you!

We have used Burton's Plumbing and Heating several times over the past few years for plumbing and boiler repairs. They have always provided great service and give you realistic timing for arrivals of their servicemen. Even when calling for emergency service we received fast return of phone calls. Staff are professional and well-versed in their specific trades. Highly recommend this company. Edit from March 2023. Had to call Burton's for a boiler that stopped working in the middle of the night with temps in the 20s. James showed up quickly and was able to get the heat back on quickly and provide a detailed explanation of the problem. We have always had great experiences with Burton's and their staff. Highly recommend this company.

I called on a Saturday for emergency service because our kitchen sink wouldn't drain and was gurgling up when I ran the garbage disposal. Julian called me back and said he could be out in 10 minutes! I think he was at my door in less than 10 minutes! He snaked the drain and got it cleaned out (after going down 30 feet). We're very impressed with the fast service and that he was respectful of our home, wearing shoe covers, covering our kitchen floor with a blanket, and then cleaning everything up after. We definitely recommend and would hire Burton's Plumbing and Heating Co. if we need their service again.

I recently had Jason from Burton replace a copper gas line for our dryer that wasn't up to code. He did an amazing job and took the time to clearly explain the necessary steps to bring everything up to safety standards. I made an appointment for Burton's to come take a look at a leak I had in the kitchen, and James and Brandon showed up ready to work. No making another appointment days down the road. They tackled a very tough job in a short amount of time. James was very knowledgeable and left the house in much better shape than he found it. After having other "plumbers" try to replace bathtub faucets and shower head, and really messed it up, we called Burton's Plumbing to come give us an estimate. Jason came out for the estimate; he was so friendly, professional, and made sure we knew exactly what would be done and at what cost. Justin was the plumber that came and did the work. He did everything we needed efficiently, professionally, and timely. I regret not calling them first, but if we ever need a plumber again we will definitely call Burton's Plumbing.
