This was my first time using Burton's Plumbing & Heating. I was able to schedule an appointment for the same week I called, they arrived when they said they would, and the cost was exactly what I was quoted. Jason was great, answered all of my questions, quick efficient installation of a new garbage disposal. Very pleased. I would definitely use Burton's again. My second experience with Burton's Plumbing and Heating was just as positive as my first. Scheduled a same day appointment. Tyler was very professional and informative. Quickly fixed my immediate problem and provided quotes for future work. Once again Burton’s came through for me the same day I called them. Turned my boiler on for the first time this season and there was no response from the system. Contacted the office, they confirmed an appointment for this coming Thursday but said they would see what they could do to get someone out sooner. Less than an hour later I heard from Bobbi saying James, their boiler tech, would be at my place in 45 minutes. Happy to say boiler is up and running and I have heat! Thank you!

Had to call Burton's for a boiler that stopped working middle of the night with temps in the 20s. James Cox showed up quickly and was able to get the heat back on quickly and provide a detailed explanation on the problem. We have always had great experiences with Burton's and their staff.
