We had a very small gas leak on a pipe near our water heater that needed to be repaired. I was concerned that it would affect the water heater turning the gas off due to its age. Justin assessed the situation and had no concerns about the water heater, fixed the pipe quickly, and was even able to snake our bathtub as a last-minute request from us. We needed our backflow tested, and they were able to come out the very next morning. We don’t use the sprinkler system, so they were able to just remove it and cap it off so we didn’t have to worry about this in the future. Would definitely recommend!

Well, my middle name is Aaliyah. Let's get that straight. Jeanette is my first name and I had some stuff done in Lincoln Park. I had a toilet done. My toilet was running a lot, and the tech that came out was very nice. He was very pleasant. A lot of information—his name was James Cox. He was very pleasant to me and he gave me a lot of information in helping me, and he taught me a lot about plumbing, but he made me feel comfortable when he was doing the job, and he did a good job explaining what he was doing.
