Part-Time Marketing Coordinator & Receptionist in Wayne, MI

Location: Wayne, MI

Position Type: Part-Time (approx. 20–25 hours/week, Monday–Friday)

Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour

Looking for a flexible, part-time role where you can grow your marketing skills while being the friendly face and voice of a local business? We are looking for an organized, dependable marketing coordinator and receptionist to join our team in Wayne.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers over the phone while actively managing social media and marketing projects behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing & Digital Media: Manage our Google Business Profile, respond to online reviews, run email and SMS marketing campaigns, and create engaging social media content.
• Customer Service & Scheduling: Answer incoming calls with courtesy, assist walk-in traffic, schedule service appointments, and manage technician calendars.
• Administrative Support: Maintain accurate customer records, keep office systems organized, and perform general daily administrative duties.
• Multitasking: Comfortably balance customer interactions with ongoing marketing tasks.

Qualifications We Look For

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational habits and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and social media platforms.
• Experience with basic design and content tools (such as Canva or Meta Business Suite) is a plus.
• Prior experience in marketing, administrative work, or customer service is preferred.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliable attendance.
